Blue Star Mothers Blog

Thank You From Sophie’s Companions for Veterans

Hi Tammy,

Wanted to extend our gratitude for the generous donation the Blue Star Mothers of Dayton gave to Sophie’s Foundation. At the moment we have 3 dogs in training and two awaiting until we make more money. Your donation helps enormously with the training cost of our wonderful rescues.

Please share with all of the mothers that because my Sophie loved the idea of helping rescues and left 3 behind, we ONLY use abused and neglected rescues and preferably the ones we can pull before being euthanized

THANK YOU…Tammy, Nancy and all of the women that chose to help with your giving donation.

Most Sincerely,

Janet Carpenter

Executive Director and

Board of Directors
