Good Afternoon from Rota, Spain, Blue Star Mothers!
My mother, J. W., is in your group. She tells me how hard you all
work to ensure we are supported overseas. Thank you. It’s been quite the
transition since I arrived here from San Diego, California in June. One of
the things that has made it a much smoother process has been the care
packages I receive from you fine people. I have shared the goodies with my
shipmates and even some of my clients (the boxes refresh the office candy
bowl from time to time). They are very much appreciated because they so
remind me of home.
I particularly enjoyed the Girl Scout cookies!
